Since 1992, CPC, LLC has been conducting pre-loan document reviews, and post-loan site visits for draw reviews and verifications, thus assisting lenders with the sometimes time consuming and confusing process of verifying adherence to standard construction practices.

CPC, LLC conducts thorough loan document reviews, site visits, and draw request verifications. These are usually done on a monthly basis, but may be done bi-monthly or as needed.
 

In addition to reviews for new construction, we provide property condition assessments for the purpose of financing or refinancing.
